Having the TV along with Apple TV allows me to mirror what I am displaying on my laptop directly onto the monitor. When explaining a lesson, instead of having to print it out and put it on a document camera, students can follow directly what I am navigating on my computer right in front of them. I also run many meetings with parents and I often print out hard copies of what I am discussing; however having the TV to mirror my computer, will provide parents the opportunity to fully participate and have the sense of involvement in their child's education.
