My students need a high end laptop to help us in working on 3D Robotics Modeling using industrial Engineering software like PTC Creo or AutoDesk Inventor. This hardware would make a world of difference in helping our students learn how to use engineering software to design and build our competition robots. We could take the time to use the software to help us not only model the robots, but also test them virtually so that we can teach the students the value of digital stress analysis. We currently are very limited in the computers that we have access to and this donation could help inspire one of our students to become the next big design engineers at any number of different companies. We have access to mentors for our program that can teach all sorts of cool techniques if we had access to the hardware we needed!
