I teach at an urban school where over 95% of my students are second-language and come from very poor families. I get to work with amazing children in grades K-5 who love their school and both recognize and appreciate the wonderful opportunities we are creating for them. Their curiosity and thirst for knowledge along with the enthusiasm with which they embrace learning every day inspires me to do everything I can to be the best role model, mentor and teacher possible for them.

About my class
