My students need Chromebooks for center activities in order to meet their individual needs in an exciting way. Technology is such an important part of our academic world. In our class we use many different programs such as Pearson Realize, Lexia, and IXL to improve our learning. Pearson Realize is a math program which allows students to complete assignments and assessments online to prepare students for college. Lexia is a computer program geared to meeting individual students needs. This interactive program encourages a love of reading, while also maximizing student growth. The chromebooks will allow students to work in centers in order to improve their math and reading skills through a variety of interactive computer programs. Students excel in centers which are geared to targeting specific skills in an engaging, and exciting way.
