The pencil sharpeners we have don't last. I like to have pencils sharp and ready, so the kids don't have to sharpen them. The day goes smoother without the distraction of the students sharpening their pencils with their small sharpeners. We are currently using a sharpener that is very loud. It also doesn't sharpen the pencils all the way. It also eats the pencils up. The lead always gets stuck in the sharpener. It almost seems like it is about to give up, and I really really need a new pencil sharpener for my kids, so I can be ready for the next day.
