Children express and show what they observe, think, imagine, and feel through music. Children explore and experience sound through singing, moving, listening, and playing instruments. Playing and listening to music is an important aspect of child development. The requested Bluetooth CK player along with the 8 headphones and storage center will allow multiple children to listen to music or even an audio book. During centers work time, up to 8 children will have the opportunity to explore and respond to musical elements such as pitch (high or low), temp (fast or slow), dynamics (loud or soft), and steady beats. When used effectively these learning tools will support the HighScope curriculum, daily routine and center learning.
