My students are learning virtually from home and many don't have access to grade level reading materials! For this online Literacy class, Scholastic Magazines would give each middle school student high interest reading material that covers state standards and prepares them to think critically! By having Scholastic Magazines at their virtual fingertips, students will be engaged in a multitude of high interest topics while still practicing important Literacy skills they need to prepare for high school! Because these students are working remotely, the digital subscription allows the students to work through these magazines digitally, which is almost as good as having my students back in the classroom!
