I work at a Title I school and the poverty level at our school site is 50%. My students come from very diverse backgrounds and are fabulous hard working second graders. They need individual engaging listening activities to practice fluency and reading skills needed to meet standards in reading. My students need a variety of opportunities to practice reading and have exposure to literature through different media within our classroom.
