For many of my students, they have yet to find themselves in a book. Or, they have finally found a book that they can authentically connect to right now, and they need more books to encourage them to keep reading. My goal is that when my junior and senior students walk across the stage at graduation, they will have read several books which have helped them understand themselves and the world around them. It is imperative that my students receive an abundance of books that are diverse, engaging, and realistic. Please help me in ensuring the success of my students as educated, culturally aware humans so that they can go into the world and make an impact.

About my class
