With these computers, they will be able to learn how to conduct research safely and appropriately in an academic setting. They will also be able to set personal growth goals by creating a digital portfolio. The google suite provides opportunities for students to collaborate and create, but without computers they cannot easily access these opportunities. Currently, I have two old laptops in my room in a class sizes of 25 to 28 students. Those two laptops are almost unusable and impractical in such a large class size. These computers would open the world to my students not only with content and creating, but also with the exposure to technology that they will be using in their future lives.
