By incorporating iPads into our interrelated classroom, my students will be able to work independently during our academic blocks using programs such as Google Classroom, Accelerated Reader, and ixL.com. My students will be able to use these iPads in all academic subjects throughout the day, but especially during our daily reading and math workshops. My students participate in centers each day, while I work with small groups. Students are required to work independently, and the possibilities that two iPads will provide are endless. There are numerous reading, phonics, and mathematics applications and websites that students can use to help them be successful. These iPads will also allow my students to expand their knowledge through researching topics, as well as provide them the opportunity to become more globally competitive.
