Heavy duty headphones will enhance our students' learning experience. We have students get frustrated when the old headphones fall apart and have poor sound quality. Students could bring their own headphones, but many are unable to afford them. My students need headphones to do lessons on csfirst.withgoogle.com. These lessons really get students engaged and excited with programming/coding in Scratch. Students also perform lessons on applieddigitalskills.withgoogle.com which require students to use headphones to watch and listen to videos and perform various functions. Students demonstrate creative thinking, construct knowledge, and develop innovative products and processes using technology. Some of the headphones we have only work in one ear or have static. We have a classroom that has 30 computers and we have 15 quality headphones. We need 15 more good quality headphones that would last for years. Students would use these headphones to use the website csfirst.withgoogle.com and scratch.mit.edu. This donation would help our computer classes be more fun and less frustrating.
