These materials will make a difference because students will be excited to sit in a different style of chair than they are accustomed to. The areas where these chairs will be used will be areas that are set up as a library setting. These chairs will get students excited about reading time. The music instruments will be good to use to transition into other activities. Since the students are 5, they need something for their hands to do while they are waiting for the next activity. It's easier to Sit and Smile if you have something to do that is fun AND educational. In addition, Music helps release stress for kids that have been traumatized.
