My classroom does not have desks, only tables. The students house their library books, math books, iPads, earphones, and general supplies in a basket in the center of the table with other students. The baskets are broken and in need of replacing. The heavy duty book bins from Lakeshore would be an ideal replacement! These bins are also color coded to allow each student to quickly identify their own supplies. I would like for each student to have their own basket of supplies that they can pick up and move from table to table as the day dictates. The students would have all of their belongings in one portable location that can taken with them when they have to move to a rotation, a small group, a transitional room or a resource room.
