My classroom is the special education Resource Room at Schweitzer Elementary. I support students K-4th from their general education classrooms to work on specific academic goals in the areas of Reading, Writing, and Math! Typically students are pulled out throughout the day in small groups to get specialized instruction at their level. In our classroom you will see students getting small group instruction, reading in our reading corner, and doing independent reinforcement activities in the centers. We keep our atmosphere calm and supportive while working together to meet individual needs.
