My students are hard working journalist who create, write, edit, design, and lead social media and journalistic integrity in our school. We raise about $5,000 each year to publish a quality yearbook. The students do 100% of the work from conception to finish. We plan to do even more in the future with youtube videos and social media. Each year, our class fundraises 90% of the cost of the publication of our annual yearbook. We continue to seek funding for our classroom for items such as ipads, cameras, sim cards, and other materials.
