Using the two requested Smart TVs to display Kan-ban workflows in our classrooms will allow our students to learn and manage successful workplace methodology in our classrooms. This will improve efficiency and follow through for technology support and development requests in our school. Our students will use this workflow to distribute projects between technicians and teachers and to monitor their progress in real-time. We will use multiple displays to coordinate workflows between classrooms and teachers. Traffic managers will maintain the Kan-ban tasks, and technicians will update the board using their technician tablets while on-site. This solution will improve efficiency and communication between technicians, teachers, and staff.
