The use of stand mixers would impact so many young chefs in FACS as well as Cooking Club. The amount of foods we could create using a stand mixer and the attachments provided would greatly increase the learning in the FACS classroom. Students would get to experience and learn real life bakery techniques and create foods they never would have thought possible. Having this tool for students at such a young age really helps to build culinary confidence, grow a passion for cooking and foster independence in the kitchen. These mixers would help to prepare our students for life.

About my class
