The small scale stream table models by Lab-Aids allow our students to see the effects of weathering, erosion and deposition and how various landforms are created using hands-on lessons that will help them see processes that take years condensed into easy to understand lessons. Every student should have access to materials that make lessons easier to comprehend. When the students can create their own deltas, oxbow lakes and sandbars, they truly get a grasp of the way Earth's features change over time. These lessons will make difficult ideas more concrete for young minds. This fosters greater understanding of our how planet is formed and how weathering, erosion and deposition play a part in creating the landscapes around us.
