This year my goal is to create the "Relaxation Spot" within my Middle School. The Relaxation Spot will provide an area for a student who is experiencing high levels of stress. Within the Relaxation Spot, there will be materials that will coach students through relaxation techniques and help to teach calming strategies. The items listed for this project are the additional materials needed to complete the Relaxation Spot! We need Muse: The Brain Sensing Headband, a tablet, an eye pillow, and a coloring book. The Muse is a meditation program that uses biofeedback to coach students through a calming sensation. The tablet will be used for installing meditation and calming apps and to help to support the Muse.
