All year we have been learning about the anatomy and physiology of the human body. We have read about, discussed, observed and drawn models of the various body systems and how they function together to maintain homeostasis. We have even been able to perform a few dissections of specific organs. This is a rare and amazing opportunity to immerse our students in the inner working of the human body. At the end of the school year, they will have an experience visiting the Connecticut Science Center that will help make the entire year's learning visible and real. This travelling exhibit is coming to Hartford at exactly the right time.

About my class
