If my project is funded, students will be able complete their interactive notebooks well and join in on whiteboard activities in class which have had an incredible success rate in my class in engaging students. These office supplies allow my students to have on brightly colored graphic organizers, glue and dry erase markers for whiteboard activities. These colored organizers are important because students (especially the ones with ADHD) focus better on the organized material and retain the information. The glue allows them to stick their organizers into their notebooks so that they can reference past notes. It will also provide dry erase markers which will allow my students to use whiteboards in class, which are wonderful tools in my classroom for teamwork activities, remediation, formative assessments and scavenger hunts around the room for practice.
