My students need an Echo Show as a classroom assistant. I have been teaching for almost 40 years. The increased use of technology in our schools and our world is amazing. We can ask Alexa for answers to all those questions we come up with in our social studies and science discussions. Alexa can time us when we do times tests or share ideas with a partner. She can show us pictures of things we are studying in social studies and science. Amazon Echo Show will allow my students to access information quickly. We can look up quick, interesting facts to help us with our projects we do as part of our project based learning. She can be used in a writing center as a dictionary or thesaurus. She can help students calculate distances on a map. She can give us weather forecasts and tell us what we need to wear to recess or when we need to open or close the doors in our greenhouse.
