Children need choice in the books they read. They need books of high interest. And finally, they need options! In order to instill the love of reading in our little ones, we need to give them the opportunity to read something appropriate and of interest. Let's get high interest books (and lots of them) into our students hands! This project will help stock my students' classroom library, providing them with many books to choose from. My class is comprised of students ranging from K-2. This means I have students ranging from non-readers to second grade readers. I would love to provide each leveled reader in my class with many options to choose from at their independent reading level!
