I am a 4th grade teacher at North Pointe Elementary school. We are located in the Clear Creek Independent School district. We were the first school to earn the National School of Character title in our district. In my classroom, we focus on our character core values and I infuse them into all of my lessons. My students see the value in these character lessons. With these lessons, I have seen students understand the impact of their words and actions on others. My students have a great awareness of the world around them and care to help improve their learning. They are often self-directed and have a true investment in their own learning. I can not wait to see how these students are going to change the world!!
