My students will learn and explore in a safe, clean, comfortable space. We do interactive read-alouds every day and whole group mini lessons. They do peer learning and hands-on Math activities down on the rug. The students will thrive in a comfortable learning environment. The new rug will support their learning during all subject matter. It will be a place for them to explore during independent reading time, work in small groups during lessons, and enter into the magical world of books during teacher read-alouds! The rug will support their learning by giving them ownership over their own space while also promoting synergy in group learning projects.
