This Rage digital timer gives our students the ability to workout at their own pace, compete against their own personal best times and also compete against each other individually or in group settings. Its large and clear numbers allow students and staff to see it without having to squint or move closer to it. It has the capability to count up or down and also has a "tabata" setting for fat burning drills. The unit comes with a remote so the teacher can make adjustments on the fly. Giving the students the power to pace themselves through workouts helps to keep them motivated and engaged through the process of trying to reach their fitness goals. Many of our workouts are "AMRAP" type workouts which stands for As Many Rounds/Repetitions As Possible. This helps students work at a pace that is good for them and also allows them to change fitness goals as they get more rounds or repetitions as they get stronger.
