Students will be welcomed into a well organized and structured classroom, which will make them feel safe and relaxed. This will allow students to leave behind their home worries and come to school feeling safe and ready to learn. Students will be able to use the cork boards to display work they are proud of. They will be able to move around the room and use stools, laptop desks as well as their clips boards to find a relaxing place for them to be able to work. I will use the bookcases to organize our classroom library with many books I have purchased through Scholastic. I will use the chart paper to make anchor charts to hang around the room, so students will be able to reference the information we have been learning in class.
