Flexible seating will make a huge difference in my students' learning. These students struggle to stay focused in traditional seating. My classroom, made up of general ed and special ed students, has diverse needs and movement breaks are needed. These yoga balls will help students bounce and wiggle while still participating in the lesson. My students need a way to get their wiggles out, while still participating and focusing on their work. These yoga balls will provide alternative seating for our students who need it the most. Alternative seating gives students the choice to sit where they will learn the best.
