I believe that technology will help students succeed in the learning process. Engagement is key in the classroom, and my students seem to love doing activities when there is technology involved! This will especially help my students who are struggling with mathematics and ELA. The iPad will give them the opportunity to use digital resources to practice lessons and models we have already learned that they need extra help with. Digital resources are a good additional tool to use in the teaching process. And the iPad will be a helpful tool as well! This will make a huge difference in their learning process and help tremendously prepare them for testing. Since our state tests are currently on the computer. They need to build as much stamina as they can because 3rd grade is the first year students test on the computer!
