I am an reading and math interventionist for WOSE. Our school has chosen the Istation program to monitor students progress. The students that come to me are what we consider to be Tier 3 CRITICAL. The majority of my students want to learn, they are just learners at a different level. Some of their stories would make you believe in yourself as much as I believe in them. Most of them just want someone that will care. I purposely choose to work with the behavior challenged students. Each one holds a place in my heart like no other. Once they leave the elementary, I believe they will remember the teacher that never gave up.
