These materials for our outdoor classroom will make a difference in my students' learning and improve their school lives by giving them an escape from the everyday classroom environment. The weather scientist kit will allow the students to get the real effect of a weather expert. As the students explore and experiment with the materials at the weather station, I feel that they will understand how different types of weather effect the earth. Because the outdoor classroom provides a "getaway" from the indoor, everyday classroom, behavior issues will not be as big of an issue. Students will be able to use their "outside voices" and be able to explore at different stations.
