As many of my students are high energy and active, they need the option to move throughout the classroom and choose a seat that is best for their learning style. I want to cater to all my students' needs to maximize engagement and achievement! Do you remember when your teacher assigned your seat in every class? Well in my class students get to pick their seat/spot in which they will be the most productive. The futon will be utilized by students who like to spread out while they work. The coffee table will serve as a "desk" in front of the futon when students need a place to write. Additionally, the bar table and stools will allow students different heights to sit or stand as they learn. Please help fund my project so my students can continue to love school and embrace their active qualities! This first-year teacher needs all the help she can get!
