Too often are students asked to memorize vocabulary and cram countless terms in order to pass a test. Imagine a world where students are only evaluated by their use of effective problem solving skills and critical thinking. My goal is to take my AP Science (Physics) students on an unforgettable field trip to "The Escape Room" in Oklahoma City. Here they will have to put the Scientific Method to use as they repeatedly test out their hypotheses in order to find their way out of the rooms. I believe this task will enhance their ability to work as a team in order to reach a common goal, which is a priceless skill in the world today!
