The binders will help my students learn how to become more organized, which is an important skill to learn before graduating. It will also teach them responsibility of taking care of it. The flip chart paper will be a great resource when students are working in groups, and since they are sticky, their work can be hung up in the room and hallways for other students to see! The calculators are necessary to find patterns quickly and compute complicated solutions to real-life problems. When my students have the right materials, they are able to focus better on the learning necessary for them to be successful in math class.
