Our students need an outlet to let out some pent up energy. My students love to challenge themselves on their fitness tests. We would love an opportunity to test their vertical jumps! If we are funded, we can do just that! The students will compete with each other, which makes our classes VERY exciting! In the weight room, they already compete in the other fitness tests, and they have been asking to please measure their vertical jumps. We just do not have the equipment to do this, so this project will help them increase their fitness levels while having fun!
