We have 28 students in each class and five Chromebooks. When we work in small groups to complete assignments each group has 7 students, and two students do not have a computer to use. This makes everything harder. With seven Chromebooks my students will be able to work in groups to become better authors by peer editing. They will also be able to complete book studies and online activities to improve reading comprehension. Having two new Chromebooks will allow each student to improve their reading and writing skills while working together to make every project better! We will use the Chromebooks to become better authors and investigators. We will also use them to become better readers and test takers by practicing reading comprehension and by completing interactive activities. These Chromebooks will be stored in my classroom and will help future classes too.
