Our students have been committed to the L.E.A.D. Scholars organization and given of themselves tirelessly. We have made extraordinary efforts to connect our students to the school and community. We have hosted food drives, wellness classes (Zumba, yoga, meditation, journaling), and helped to expose students to post-secondary options. Our students need to know that academic achievements are just as important, if not more, than athletic achievements. We are hosting an Achievement Awards Brunch, much like athletic banquets, to highlight the academic accomplishments of our girls and group. A back-to-school care package (backpacks/notebooks/binders/pens/pencils/paper/folders) helps to set them up for continued success.
