The iPad for the classroom will allow my children to go and use it to practice writing when they are ready. It will also allow them to draw a picture and I can record them telling me the story that goes along with that picture. Then I can save it so it can be shared with the student, peers and family members. The dry erase boards, write and wipe mats and dry erase markers can be used as practice with writing letters, numbers, and words. It will also give them the practice of holding a writing utensil. The alphabet centers will give the children an opportunity to practice writing letters with different tools than the markers or pencils. It is a fun way of introducing letters. The science center gives them the opportunity to explore with different materials than we usually use in the classroom.
