Our charter school has been around for 14 years and is well known for beating the odds and out-performing area schools academically. Our students and their families represent a broad spectrum of ethnic backgrounds and most are from a middle-to-lower economic class. All of our students are given the opportunity to enjoy and explore music from pre-kindergarten up through 8th grade. Starting in 5th grade we offer band, and 35% of our students 5th-8th grade are in band. While we are supported by our administration, the extra funds are not always readily available to supplement our programs.
