We are a small rural school in South Carolina on the Georgia/SC border. Through Donors Choose, my students will be able to discover their talent and develop skills that will help them throughout their lifetime. They are artistic, creative and eager to discover the talent that they possess. They are excited about art and want to be able to discover the many facets, careers, cultures, mediums, and people of the art world. With my experience as a professional artist for over 30 years, I feel that we are going to make a lot of progress through the study of art. Second and third tier vocabulary, math, science and social studies are all incorporated into our classes, making my students successful in future endeavors. Our budget is very small and supplies are scarce. Only through programs such as Donor's Choose will we be able to expand our horizons and accomplish unforgettable feats. Let's make this happen!
