When the students in my school visit the health office, one of the questions I always ask is what they have had to eat or drink. The majority of students will say they have had food, but not a lot to drink. Dehydration, even if only mild, can cause tiredness, headaches, lack of concentration, and reduced mental performance. Water bottles will provide constant access to water, increase water consumption and help maintain hydration. As well as the increased health benefits, having water bottles would also help to alleviate trips to the water fountain during classes. Thank you for your help!!
