This project also helps fund educational games to encourage engagement. We are asking for reading comprehension games such as one that comes with 6 board games to address different skills and a match & sort set to help them build grade-appropriate comprehension skills. We are also asking for math skills games. Both of the sets we are looking for address all the second grade skills they need to master and give the kids a hands-on opportunity to complete activities independently. They will continue to develop their love of learning that will give them a firm foundation in school and lead to a bright future! My students are very active learners who learn best through hands-on activities like games.We currently do not have an easel and I think it would greatly benefit my kids. My students need this moveable easel so they can have access to our anchor charts we create together. Students will also use this easel when working together to plan and present their ideas to the class.
