My students currently enjoy sitting on the floor with lap desks, some prefer sitting at tables or even a desk away from their friends. The addition of the wobble chairs, will create another seating option. By adding flexible seating, students are able to select a seat in which they feel they will be the most productive. By allowing students to take ownership over their seat, and in turn their learning, I will be able to continue to create a student-centered learning environment. My number one goal is to create a safe, positive learning environment for my students. Flexible seating will only help achieve this goal.
