This equipment will make a huge difference in my athletes. We will get to focus on their strength and conditioning to help them take the next step which is receiving a soccer scholarship. All of my athletes have never step foot in a gym before and I am also trying to change that so that we can have a culture of healthy athletes. We will have set days to focus on our strength and conditioning and teach them how to properly use the equipment and maintain it in excellent conditions. In addition, this equipment can also be utilized by the other two sports in our school, basketball and softball. They also have no access to a gym/workout equipment since our school doesn't have any.
