Flexible seating allows students to make choices that work for them and allow multiple groups of students to work on different tasks in the same space. During some intervention times, students rotate through centers which means some children will be working with the teacher while others are using chromebooks around the classroom.Making sure students are comfortable and prepared is an important step in ensuring they can sustain their work independent My exceptional learners benefit from movement and choice. Our space is a resource room split with three other teachers which also means space is limited and maximizing it is important! The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices and be comfortable in our small space. The lap desks can be used on the floor or with a chair. It is awesome that it includes a small seat so students do not sit directly on the floor.
