Currently we do not have enough technology in the classroom for all twenty-one students. Many of the students do not have access to technology at home. Having six tablets in the classroom will allow the students the access to digital media and interactive learning programs. The students will be able to complete assignments on Newsela, which is has current event articles. Part of the districts curriculum is chess, the tablets will allow the students to play with students all over the world. The world is becoming more and more digital and this donation will be the key to my student’s success.
