It is my hope that by offering choices that are differentiated based on each student's need and easily accessible to them will not only improve their reading, but support their desire to read. Having books available to them in the classroom will allow them opportunities to chose 'good fit, good pick' books. Creating a classroom library that offers students books on their independent reading level will continue enhancing their love for reading. Over the current school year, my student have built a high reading stamina but as of now we only make a trip to the library once every two weeks. Having a larger classroom selection will benefit the student's desire to continue reading and building their stamina.

About my class
