Technology has become an important aspect of teaching and learning, and I integrate technology into my reading class everyday. My students use many different educational resources to listen to fluent reading, and they practice fluent reading as well. I do not have enough earbuds/headphones for each student, and the ones I have are broken. They spend more time deciding who gets the headphones, and less time actually reading. Earbuds would give the students more opportunities to listen to fluent reading! If every student had a pair of headphones, they would take pride in learning to read. Not to mention, sharing headphones is a hygienic nightmare. Please help my students learn by providing them with the materials to facilitate learning.
