With six new science lab tables, my students will have the opportunity to perform science experiments such as; physics, space science, geology, and chemistry. This will enable and engage students in hands-on learning activities and develop life-long learners. Lab experiments give my students reinforcement of content and provides enrichment of science. "Science is a way of thinking much more than it is a body of knowledge." Since Hurricane Harvey halted our science investigations, my students have missed out on essential learning opportunities to explore science in ways they can connect with. My students deserve new equipment where they can investigate and test their science skills and nurture a love of science.

About my class
